Reading

It is World Book Week this week! We would like you to take part in lots of fun activities and spend lots of time reading during this week! The school has organised for you all to have your own account on a fantastic eBook website. I have emailed the details to all of your parents :) If you have a book at home that you would prefer to read, that is no problem either! Every class is going to take part in a Reading Race Competition! Everyday on Seesaw you should let me know how many eBooks you read (or how many pages you read if you are reading a book from home).

Maths

Ms. O'Donnell's & Ms. Ní Ghibealláin's Maths Group

Today, we are going to look at 8 times tables! 8 times tables are quite tricky so I would like you to take your time and try your best! We are going to do lots more practice on our tables when we return to school as well :)

Revise your X8 times tables using the picture below.

- Play one of these games to practice your X8 times tables:

- Play a few times and let me know what your high score is on Seesaw!

Gaeilge

This week, we are going to use 'Boom Cards' to go over the vocabulary we have been learning over the last few weeks! Watch the video below and practice saying the new vocabulary before you start playing on the boom cards. Let me know your high score on Seesaw when you are finished :)
